How much does a NORTH experience cost?

Some experiences have published rates, while larger or customized experiences are quoted based on scope. Where possible, NORTH provides starting prices so families and organizations know what to expect before reaching out.

Why don't all experiences have a set price?

Many NORTH experiences are shaped around your audience, group size, location, duration, and goals. A fixed price wouldn't reflect what you're actually getting. For those experiences, NORTH provides a custom scope and quote after a short conversation.

Question 3

What does NORTH Stars Mobile™ cost?

NORTH Stars Mobile™ starts at $30 per child per session for a 6-week series with 8 or more paid participants. The host's child participates free. Sessions are held once per week at your home, a nearby park, or a community space.

Question 4

What do Birthday Adventures™ cost?

Accepted Answer

Birthday Adventures start at $525 for the Explorer package, $795 for Pathfinder, and from $1,095 for the North Star package. Each package includes a different level of experience, duration, and inclusions. Add-ons are available.

Do you come to us?

Yes. Many NORTH experiences are designed to be delivered at schools, parks, homes, sports fields, community spaces, and event venues. NORTH Stars Mobile™, Birthday Adventures™, Confidence Quest™, and community activations are all mobile by design.

Do we need to know exactly which NORTH experience we want?

No. Tell us what you're planning and what you want people to experience. NORTH can help determine the best fit based on your audience, group size, setting, and goals.

Can experiences be customized?

Many experiences can be adapted to the audience, setting, goals, and event format. The level of customization depends on the experience. Start with the Plan an Experience form and describe what you have in mind.

What ages does NORTH serve?

This varies by experience. NORTH Stars™ is designed primarily for ages 4–10. Birthday Adventures™ are designed for kids and families. NORTH Nights™ is designed for adults. Youth sports experiences serve players of all ages. Individual experience pages list the age ranges that apply.

Can NORTH support large events?

Yes. NORTH offers community and event activations in addition to smaller group experiences. Confidence Quest™, community activations, and opening-day experiences can be scaled for festivals, leagues, and large community gatherings. Scope and pricing vary by event.

Does NORTH work with schools?

Yes. NORTH Stars School Enrichment™ is designed specifically for schools, after-school programs, and student groups. NORTH also offers Confidence Quest™ experiences for school events, family nights, and community gatherings.

Yes. NORTH Sport™ experiences are designed for youth sports teams, leagues, coaches, and players. Experiences range from individual team sessions to opening-day and league-wide activations.

Does NORTH provide all equipment and materials?

This depends on the experience. NORTH Stars Mobile™ and Birthday Adventures™ include all equipment and materials. Individual experience pages explain what NORTH provides. If you have questions about a specific experience, ask in the Plan an Experience form.

How far in advance should we book?

For Birthday Adventures™ and NORTH Stars Mobile™ groups, 2–4 weeks in advance is recommended. For school programs, community activations, and large events, 4–8 weeks or more is ideal. Reach out as early as possible to confirm availability.

Where is NORTH based?

NORTH is based in the Los Angeles area and primarily serves the greater LA region. Some experiences may be available in other areas depending on scope and logistics. Ask in the Plan an Experience form if you're outside the LA area.
